Greek Life Graduate Assistantships

Ball State’s Greek community is a community on the move. Our Greek Strategic Plan calls for a more vibrant and stronger community that provides members an unmatched social, academic, and leadership experience.

When you choose to complete your assistantship in Greek life, you directly advise students and organizations thereby impacting the future of this community. You receive guidance and support from student affairs professionals committed to providing a positive graduate assistantship experience.

You have two types of assistantships to choose from. Greek council advisors directly advise the Interfraternity Council (IFC), National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), or Panhellenic Council (PHC). The second type of assistantship requires you to live in a fraternity or sorority house and work closely with the chapter leadership and alumni. Both provide opportunities to gain applicable professional skills and defray tuition costs.
