The Excel Summer Mentor Program is a three-day program sponsored by the Multicultural Center and aimed at incoming first-year students of color. For more than a decade, Excel students have gained from a precollege experience featuring workshops designed to expose them to college life while challenging them to focus on developing academically and socially. You will also have the opportunity to connect with their mentors—returning Ball State students eager to support you as you make this exciting transition.
Please note: Program dates will be selected in spring 2010. Registration will be open beginning May 1, 2010. To participate in this program, complete the online registration form and mail your payment to the Office of Student Life. Once you register and we receive your payment, more information will be sent to you. For additional information, contact Ball State's Multicultural Center at 765-285-1344.
