Chi Omega Reunion

To attend the Chi Omega Reunion, you must register by Friday, February 15, 2013.

RESERVATIONS   

Reservations can be e-mailed to bsualumni@bsu.edu, including Chi Omega in the subject line.  The chapter is underwriting your meal, but reservations are required by the deadline to assist us with seating and food preparation.   

If you prefer, you may call the alumni association at 765-285-1080, or mail the downloadable registration form to Chi Omega Luncheon, Ball State University, Alumni Association, Muncie, IN 47306.   

LODGING AND PARKING INFORMATION   

Rooms have been blocked with special rates at two locations for your convenience. Simply call with your credit card, ask for a blocked room, and refer to the code. These are local arrangements, and you must call the local number listed. 

Hampton Inn and Suites: Double queen bed rooms are $95 per night plus 12 percent taxes, or king studio suites with an extra pullout bed are $115 per night plus taxes. Call 765-288-8500—refer to code SU1 to make your reservation—before February 2, when the cost will revert to full price for any remaining rooms.

Comfort Inn & Suites: Double queen bed rooms are $75 per night plus 12 percent taxes. Call 765-587-0294—refer to code Chi Omega Reunion to make your reservation—before February 2, when the cost will revert to full price for any remaining rooms. Free parking is available in the lot just north of the Alumni Center and adjacent to the stadium. Use the spaces marked for visitors or ones that have no signs.
