Committee on Directors

A committee on directors is elected by the board of directors at its annual meeting. In addition to other duties assigned to it by the board of directors, this committee:

• screens, recruits, and recommends potential board members
• recommends to the board of directors a slate of officers for election
• evaluates the performance of directors and officers, both individually and collectively
• is responsible for orientation and deployment of new board members
