Jenni Marsh, CFRE
Director of Development
Jenni Marsh serves as the Development Director for the College of Applied Sciences and Technology and as the coordinator of Discovery, a women’s collaborative fund. Jenni’s regional territory is the Cincinnati/Dayton area.
Jenni is a graduate of Ball State University. In 1994, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications. She earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive credential in September, 2011.
Prior to her return to Ball State, she ran her own communications consulting business for 13 years. From 2006-2008, Jenni was an Associate Director of the Northern Indiana Community Foundation, Inc. (NICF). In that role, she directed the development operations of the Miami County Community Foundation, a fund affiliate of the NICF. She also served as the Marketing Coordinator for the NICF, overseeing the marketing efforts of the three counties that comprise the organization. Jenni received the Miami County Community Services Council “Agency Employee of the Year” Award in 2008.
From 2008-2011, Jenni worked as Ball State’s Director of Annual Giving. In the fall of 2011, she began overseeing the development program for the College of Applied Sciences and Technology.
She is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Jenni also belongs to the philanthropic sorority Psi Iota Xi and is a board member of the Ball State Women’s Club. She and her husband, John, reside in Yorktown with their three children.
