Hall is one of the university's residence halls. Completed in 2010, it was
designed with student
trends in mind, including requests for living quarters with greater privacy and
convenience, top-notch technology, and increased storage. Kinghorn Hall was designed to be energy-efficient, thus meeting
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards as
developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Namesake:Thomas J. Kinghorn, a former vice president for business affairs and treasurer.
