Lee Florea trains for Mount Rainier
Ball State’s Lee Florea will embark on a trip of a lifetime—collecting data from inside an ice cave within a glacier atop Mount Rainier. The assistant professor of geology and other researchers and cavers will examine the impact of global climate change and how life can thrive in extreme conditions, including other planets.
