AIDS activist and author Michael McColly to speak at Ball State's Student Center

Michael McColly, author of "The After-Death Room," will discuss the journey leading to his role in AIDS activism at 7 p.m. Feb. 21 in the Ball State Student Center, Forum Room.

McColly is a former member of the Peace Corps and a current yoga instructor and author. After testing positive for HIV, he became active in the struggle against AIDS by using yoga as a means to generate spiritual health.

McColly's book, "The After-Death Room," discusses his experience of traveling to Africa and Asia and talking to those affected by AIDS.
