On the order of Indiana Governor Mike Pence, Ball State University has lowered its flags to remember former Governor Otis "Doc" Bowen, who passed away on May 4. Flags will remain lowered to half-staff through Saturday, May 11.

Flags will remain lowered to half-staff until sunset April 20. Gov. Mike Pence is also directing flags at state facilities in all counties of Indiana to be flown at half-staff.
