Lottery Timeline 2014-2015

November, 2013 - Applications available for the lottery for students in
grades K-10 for 2014-2015 school year.

December 2014 - Letters are mailed to parents asking them to indicate
whether or not they will be re-enrolling their student(s).

Thursday, January 16- Re-enrollment forms due in the office to confirm
student’s spot for 2014-2015 school year.

Thursday, January 30- All lottery applications are due in the office.

February 2014 - All high ability testing will take place during
February.

March 2014 - Parents will be notified if their children
qualified for high ability.

Thursday, March 20 - All lotteries will take place starting at 1:00 p.m.
(sibling, general, high ability)

Thursday, April 17 - Student interviews will start.

Friday, April 25 - Parents/students will be notified of acceptance.
