Museum of Art Research Help Available
Museum assistants, starting February 5 through April 25, will be available to answer questions from students and other researchers on Tuesdays (2:00 to 4:30 p.m.) and Thursdays (9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) in the Museum of Art, Brown Study Room (off of the Sculpture Court).
Any BSU student, staff or faculty member with a research question may also email the Museum of Art at OwsleyMuseumofArtBSU@gmail.com. General inquiries may continue to be directed to artmuseum@bsu.edu or (765) 285-5242.
An online research Subject Guide, developed with assistance from University Libraries, is available as a research resource. The content sections include Frequently Asked Questions, Museum Pedagogy, Looking at a Work of Art, and more.
Professors who are using the museum as a resource for their students and would like their class syllabus and/or museum assignment linked are encouraged to contact the Museum of Art. Research assistance in the Museum of Art will continue as a pilot for Spring 2013 Semester.
