The application you are trying to use is not accessible off-campus without using the Ball State VPN via the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client application. If you have the Ball State Cisco VPN client installed, start the application, log in to your account, then attempt to access the system again.
If you do not have the Ball State Cisco VPN client, you can download and install it from www.bsu.edu/vpn. Once installed, sign in with your Ball State username and password and then attempt to access the application again.
