Balance, but why? - This presentation will include an interactive demonstration of
balance exercises including equipment such as the balance trainer, Bosu and
stability balls, and resistance equipment. An emphasis of practical application
as well as the importance of balance training will be discussed. Come dressed

Heart Healthy for Women - Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3
deaths each year. What do you need to know and do to reduce your risks?
Would you know if you were having a heart attack? Women often experience
symptoms differently than men and don’t recognize that a heart attack is
occurring. We will discuss lifestyle changes to reduce risks, what to discuss
with your health care provider, and how to recognize the symptoms of a heart
