“The Time is Now”, Ball State University’s 14th Biennial
Black Alumni Reunion is July 31 – August 2, 2015 at the Alumni Center. Plan now to attend this special event! Festivities begin Friday evening, July 31,
and conclude at noon Sunday, August 2.
Highlights include Friday’s reception from 7-11 p.m. at the Alumni
Center with light hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and the Greek Stroll-Off.
Enjoy sharing your Ball State story Saturday morning as we
videotape “Our Ball State Experience.” Allen
Williams, ’73, will moderate the session.
Bid on new items throughout Saturday’s silent auction. Winners may pay by cash, check, Visa, or
MasterCard Saturday night to receive their items. Proceeds will benefit the Black Alumni
Constituent Society (BACS) programs and recognitions through the Ball State
University Foundation account #408.
Relax with a delicious buffet luncheon at noon
Saturday. Then, take a guided bus tour
with Charles Greenwood, ’56 MA’61, and learn about Ball State’s beautiful campus
from 2-3 p.m., enjoy free time, or if applicable, meet with your Greek brothers
and sisters from 2-4 p.m. at the Alumni Center.
A cash bar reception takes place from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with a
reunion group picture at 6 p.m. A
delicious dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., followed by alumni award
presentations. Dance to music from a
variety of decades presented by a DJ until midnight.

Hotel rooms are blocked at three locations this year, and
special room rates are available by calling them directly.
After the deadlines, rooms and rates are no longer
