The Office of Bursar and Loan Administration is responsible for the billing, collecting, and depositing of all money owed to and/or collected by Ball State University, in addition to setting up and maintaining Cardinal Cash accounts.  We also prepare the federal tax form 1098-T.  The Bursar's office enforces Proxy permissions for parents and others seeking specific information regarding student accounts.

You may receive a phone call regarding upcoming Important Dates for Fall term: 

"Fall bills will be online 8/12/17, due 9/1/17. To avoid any delays in the financial aid refunds that will be issued beginning 8/18/17, be sure you have completed all outstanding requirements and sign up for direct deposit by 8/11 at www.bsu.edu/accountingoffice. If you cannot pay the full balance by the due date, a Deferment option is available which allows you to make up to four monthly payments.
