Graduate Assistantship available August 20, 2018

Responsibilities: The Voting System Technical Oversight Program (VSTOP) performs a variety of functions in coordination with the State of Indiana, Voting System and Electronic Poll Book Vendors and the 92 Counties in Indiana. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with an interest in government to join our team. The person in this position proofs and edits reports, and assists with testing and reviewing voting equipment, the performance of random audits, database maintenance and other special projects as needed.

Requirements:  Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online database applications.  Strong oral and written communication skills.  Strong attention to detail.  Seeking Political Science or related major.

Compensation:  $10,618 plus fee remission for 20 hours per week during the Academic Year.
