As a part of your enrollment at Ball State University you are provided your very own Career Coach at the Career Center. Even as a Ball State Graduate, you have access to a Career Coach!

Your Career Coach will work with you through your educational career, and beyond, to help you:

  • Navigate connections with those who can help you succeed; including alumni, employers, and others
  • Explore decisions related to majors and career choices
  • Develop the skills employers tell us they seek
  • Provide expert support developing application materials
  • Integrate classroom and non-classroom experiences, package them, and communicate your story to your target audience

To meet your Career Coach, set up an appointment through Cardinal Career Link.

If you would prefer, we also have Peer Coaches who provide drop-in assistance with topics such as resume and cover letter reviews, Monday through Friday.
