Concierge Desk & Support Services

The UTS Concierge Desk is your first stop when you enter the Tech Center in Bracken Library 101. Knowledgeable courteous full-time and student staff are available to provide all Ball State faculty, staff, students and visitors with first-rate personal customer service. We can reset your password, provide basic technical support and information on up-to-the minute tech issues and resolutions or direct you as needed to the technical support service or expert that will best address your technical needs.

The Concierge Desk is also responsible for managing client traffic, maintaining security of equipment, information and the facility, and supporting other UTS services such as TechTime, Technology HelpDesk and the Technology Store.
