 A graduate of Hillsdale College and Valparaiso University School of Law, Eric champions continuous improvement and higher education. His prior experiences have built him into a leader, casting a vision for our community and effecting change. A principle of Domo Ventures since 2011, Eric took leave to serve as President of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation in January 2013. He and his team studied 11 economic development regions across the US, leading to the Regional Cities Initiative, a state-funded program that highlights regionalism and supports quality of life improvements.

September 7, 2017: Kevin Bailey, CMO, PowderkegKevin Bailey

Kevin is the Chief Marketing Officer at Powderkeg, helping drive the company's global expansion. Formerly, Kevin was President of Slingshot SEO and an adjunct professor of Digital Marketing at Indiana University. While President of Slingshot SEO, the company bootstrapped to $11M in annual revenue and was a three-time winner of the Inc. 500 Best Places to Work in Indiana award. At IU, Kevin was responsible for helping build the school's first Digital Marketing curriculum.

September 14, 2017: Josh Feldman, Senior Product Manager, Delta Faucet CompanyJoshua Feldman

Josh graduated from Ohio State University in 2007 and started his career in new product development with Milwaukee Electric Tool. In 2010, Josh moved to Carmel, IN to work at Delta Faucet Company, where he led New Product Development efforts in kitchen faucets and bathroom fixtures. Recently, Josh became the Senior Online Business Development Manager for accounts like Amazon and Wayfair. Josh has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Ball State. He is married, has a seven-year-old daughter, two dogs, a Guinea pig, a lizard, and a fish.

Dora enjoys building plans that business, nonprofit, and governmental leaders can use to live out their "why" and make the world better. As a certified Shared Value Consultant, Dora leads the Global Strategy Council for Impact 2030, an initiative designed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through Volunteerism and Service. Dora teaches entrepreneurship at Purdue and serves on the board of Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana. She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters and sharing an Indiana craft brew with anyone working to pull off a big idea.

October 19, 2017: Jason Brooks, Owner, Jay-Crew and Brooklawn ServicesJason Brooks

Jason is a graduate of the class of 1996 and the owner of both Jay-Crew and Brooklawn Services. Jay-Crew was founded in 1996 in Muncie and provides full service maintenance including mowing and landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, and snow removal primarily for commercial entities. Brooklawn Services focuses on providing a personalized approach to turf and tree care at a fair price.

November 2, 2017: Brandon Mundell, President and Kyle Mundell, E-Commerce Director, Toys Forever Models & Hobbies, Inc.Brandon Mundell

Brandon Mundell founded Toys Forever Models & Hobbies in 2007 as a full-line hobby shop in Muncie, IN. He is a 2001 graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management program. After graduation, he spent six years with Overland Models, a model train design and importing business. In 2015, Toys Forever launched a stronger online presence through a newly designed website, creating a need for an E-Commerce Director, which Brandon found in his younger brother, Kyle, also an Entrepreneurial Management graduate.

Mike Seidle is the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of Work Here. Mike has split his career between sales and marketing and building software. Prior to building Work Here, Mike founded Indy Associates, Virtual Payment Systems, and Professional Blog Service. Mike also served as Director of Development for DirectEmployers Association, where he help architect the National Labor Exchange and served on the board of directors for the HR Open Standards Consortium.
