Service unit meeting the needs of the Fishers area students, alumni, parents, and partners, government officials and community organizations  via Ball State University-Muncie campus resources.

 

The Ball State Fishers Center for Academic and Economic Innovation is co-located with Launch Fishers at 12175 Visionary Way, Fishers, IN  46038. with a private entrance on the far west side of the building. 

This off-campus location is organizationally aligned in the Division of Community Engagement, here to serve you is Kelly Favory, Director; Melissa Perry, Operations Manager; and Kayla Coates, Program Coordinator. Ball State opened the Center for Academic and Economic Innovation in May 2016 as part of Launch Fishers' new 52,000 square foot business incubation and co-working complex. The location offers academic programs, community engagement opportunities, and professional development sessions to students, alumni, and organizations/ businesses in the Hamilton County area.

Ball State students, faculty, and staff have access to Launch Fishers' hundreds of entrepreneurs. During the spring semester, Ball State entrepreneurship student teams were paired with six Launch Fishers companies to develop growth strategies for each company.
