Jennifer Grouling, PhD, is a graduate faculty member in the English Department where she teaches courses in Rhetoric and Writing. She currently studies professional development in Composition, including in the Writing Center.
holds an MFA in Creative
Writing from the University of Alabama. In addition to working with the Writing
Center, she is also the current Secretary to the Director of the Writing
Program at Ball State. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Associate Director of Online Tutoring
Liz Whiteacre is an Assistant Professor in the English Department who teaches
the first-year composition sequence, Introduction to Creative Writing, and
Poetry Writing. She has been developing and teaching online courses in
composition, creative writing, and literature since 2003.
Aly Schweigert is a
Master's student in Rhetoric and Composition. She likes working with creative
fiction/non-fiction pieces and research papers. Aly enjoys collaborating at any
stage of the writing process.
Elmar Hashimov is a PhD student in
rhetoric and writing. He enjoys helping students with any kind of writing and
at any stage in the writing process. He has experience working with digital,
multimodal, and multimedia composition, as well as formal research projects and
