Open to students, faculty, and members of our community, the Communication Resource Center, offers large-format and laser printers as well as a variety of supplies for purchase.

About the Printers

Five large-format printers, also called plotters, are loaded with paper for the following formats:

  • 36-inch (bond/vellum/photo satin)
  • 42-inch (glossy/photo satin)
  • 60-inch (glossy/photo satin)

One plotter is set to print on different types of media, including watercolor, Bristol, vellum, bond, card stock, kraft paper, and newsprint. Color laser printers are available for smaller projects.

Spring Semester Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: closed 

*We observe all major and university holidays and observances.

Before You Come

Printers only print what you create, so make sure your files are ready to print. You will not have access to a computer to make adjustments to files once you’re here.

PDF format is preferred, but you know what format will achieve desired results.


You may pay for services with credit and debit cards, but we do not accept cash.
