The Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology has three degrees for students preparing to enter the professional field. These degrees provide you a combination of in-class education, laboratory and practicum work, immersive learning opportunities, and internships in a professional environment. Our graduates are well versed in the areas of criminal law, policing, court procedures, and community-based and institutional corrections.
Online Criminal Justice Degree Program
BS or BA Degree Programs
The bachelor of science (BS) and the bachelor of arts (BA) degrees in criminal justice and criminology (CJC) are similar in their course requirements. The only difference is the BA requires students to complete 12 credit hours of foreign language as part of their required electives.
