Position: Computer Service Technician for Housing & Residence Life

Basic Functions: 

Demonstrate professional, technical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Maintain and solve problems with hardware and software (including servers, PC/Mac set-up and imaging, printers, handheld devices, A/V equipment, etc.), troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist students with virus and spyware problems.
Maintain computer labs, systems, and general technological needs.
Communicate weekly status reports to supervisor and lead systems technicians of completed/ongoing projects.
Show initiative in training and learning.
Monitor, maintain, and provide computer labs with needed supplies.
