Improper Checkout - Residence Hall Policy
Each student must notify housing staff of his or her decision to leave the residence hall. He or she must fill out, sign, and return a completed room inventory sheet, and have the room checked by a staff member. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. A student may also be charged an improper check-out fee for missing or being late for a pre-scheduled check-out meeting with a housing staff member, or not leaving the residence hall by the designated closing time.
