Signature Events Planning Form: Does your student organization sponsor a large scale program which is open to all on campus, and/or annual traditions and celebrations of your organization? We are now calling this a 'Signature Event', and by completing the Signature Events Planning Form, the information will allow us to generate preliminary room confirmations, publish and share the signature events calendar, add your date to the 2016-2017 student planner, and help your group to avoid scheduling competing signature events. The deadline for submitting an event on the Signature Events Planning Form is not yet determined but typically takes place at the end of March.
Publicizing Your Events: To submit your student organization's events for posting on the Student Organizations page of the Communication Center and inclusion on the next edition of the Events This Week E-mail, e-mail a Student Life Graduate Assistant.
