Donald D. Dumoulin II
Don Dumoulin joined the Ball State University Foundation Board of Directors in 2014.
He is the chief executive
officer and owner of Precise Mold and Plate, as well as the Next Chapter
LLC. Precise Mold and Plate is a custom manufacturing operation in
Columbus, Indiana. It is a full service, experienced
mold shop, both building and repairing molds for the plastic injection
The nearly 35-year-old company was named one of the “Top 5000 Fastest-Growing Private U.S. Companies for a second year by Inc. Magazine.
Prior to purchasing Precise
Mold and Plate, Dumoulin was chief executive officer at King Systems, a
specialty medical device firm creating products used in the anesthesia
and respiratory departments of most major hospitals
and surgery centers. King Systems is the market leader in both
disposable anesthesia circuits and the breathing masks used in surgical

board of directors of Synovia Solutions LLC and Revolutionary Medical
Devices, Inc. He is also a member of the Ball State University Miller
College of Business Advisory Board, the Purdue
University Technical Assistance Advisory Council, and past board member
of both the United Way of Central Indiana and the Indiana Chamber of
He is a 1982 graduate of the
Miller College of Business at Ball State and has been honored with a
Benny Award, a Miller College of Business Award of Achievement, and a
Miller College of Business Award of Distinction.
