The university is pleased to continue the tradition of offering employees the option to give to charitable organizations of their choice through the annual Ball State Employee United Way Campaign.
On September 20, every Ball State employee will receive a packet of information containing an informative letter, a Payroll Deduction Authorization Card, a BSU United Way Pledge Card, and a return envelope.
When you receive your packet, please take a moment to examine the information. Should you choose to participate and pledge:
- Complete the blue pledge card. For a one-time gift, include your contribution (cash or check made out to United Way of Delaware County) with your pledge card. One-time contributions are necessary for anyone interested in claiming the gift on their 2017 taxes.
- Employees wishing to make monthly contributions through payroll deduction must complete the Payroll Deduction Card in addition to completing the pledge card. Monthly payroll deductions for the 2017 campaign will start in January 2018.
- Return your pledge in the envelope included in your packet to your team captain. Team captains are encouraged to return all pledges to University Human Resource Services on or before the end of the campaign on November 30, 2017.
